What if I am not sure if my photo is good enough?
Don’t worry! Our design team carefully reviews every photo before production begins. If your photo’s resolution is too low, or if the angle isn’t quite right for engraving, we will pause your order and reach out to you via email to request a better image.
Can I see a proof or preview before it is engraved?
To ensure your keepsake reaches you as quickly as possible, we do not send digital proofs prior to production. Our artisans use their professional judgment to capture the best details and crop the photo for your chosen piece.
How long will it take to receive my custom order?
Because every MementoNest piece is uniquely crafted just for you, please allow 3–5 business days for design, engraving, and polishing. Once your item is ready, shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking email as soon as it ships.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on personalized items?
Since each personalized item is custom-made with your personal photos and details, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or if there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a free replacement. Include clear photo or video evidence of the issue, as described in our return and refund policy.
Are my uploaded photos and personal details kept private?
We take your privacy seriously. The photos, names, and other personal details you provide are used for the design and production of your custom item. We will never share, sell, or use your personal images for advertising without your explicit consent.
